The
Company’s founder, Robert J. MacFarlane, started the business in
February 1949, when he began selling and servicing Royal Typewriters in This one-man operation was based out of the cellar of MacFarlane’s house, where he taught himself how to repair the machines. After three years, MacFarlane decided it was time to expand. In 1951, with a business partner, he founded Standard Office Supply, selling and servicing a variety of business machines, machine supplies, and office furniture. At the end of 1953, the partnership was dissolved, and the name changed to MacFarlane Office Products, Inc. by which it is known today. The local Royal Typewriter Distributorship was folded into company assets. Robert MacFarlane retired in 1991, and the Business today is lead and

Business with its Supply Express Department. The Supply Express Department
specializes in office machine supplies (Toner, Ribbons, Paper etc.). Under
